Based in Los Angeles, she brings a strategic, insight-driven approach to creativity—pairing visual storytelling with a deep understanding of audience behavior, cultural nuance, and brand evolution. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and a genuine love for the craft, she approaches each project with both artistic vision and analytical rigor. Whether concepting a national campaign or refining a typography system, she brings structure, clarity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence to every deliverable. 

Her career began in New York at Barneys New York, where she designed everything from billboards to catalogs. At Bloomingdale’s, she evolved her art direction skills and introduced the “Only Ours” private-label branding, creatively reinterpreting the iconic interlocking O’s. Later, as Design Director at Wayfair, she played a key role in integrating DwellStudio post-acquisition, using customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing analytics to optimize creative strategies across print, email, and digital.

After relocating to Los Angeles, she expanded her capabilities in motion and video—directing national commercial spots at Living Spaces and leading design packages at The Hollywood Reporter. Most recently, she served as a contractor on the Awards team at Prime Video, where she led campaigns for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Mr. & Mrs. Smith, producing award-winning, cross-platform creative.

Outside of work, Lauren is a compulsive color coder, lifelong art history nerd, and believer that everything good starts with a mood board. She finds joy in painting, puzzles, wallpaper, and typography—and brings that same sense of curiosity and craft to every creative challenge.
